I am a certified advanced clinical massage therapist and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience. My work is rooted in the belief that everybody deserves to feel at home in their body. Whether you are managing chronic pain, recovering from injury, carrying stress in your body, or simply need to properly stop for an hour, I always adapt my approach to you.
I have trained with some of the most respected teachers in my field.
I also teach yoga across East London, because movement and rest go hand in hand.
My clinics are at Misfits Gym and East of Eden, both in Walthamstow.
